RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - The Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) keeps on reinforcing financial governance to improve the quality of the management of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN). These efforts were carried out thru the XXXIX Financial Technical Coordination Meeting for the 2026 Fiscal Year, organized by the TNI Air Force Finance Department in Jakarta, on Monday, July 27, 2026.

The meeting was opened by the Secretary of the TNI AU Finance Department, Colonel Syarif Rahman, representing the Head of the TNI AU Finance Department, First Marshal TNI Aris Pambudi.

My coordination meeting is referred to as a strategic step to improve the quality of the TNI AU's APBN management thru strengthening the internal control system and enhancing the professionalism of financial personnel.

"The implementation of this Rakornisku is an effort carried out by the TNI Air Force Finance Department to improve the quality of TNI AU's APBN management in the future thru strengthening internal control and the professionalism of reliable financial personnel," First Marshal Aris Pambudi said, as quoted by a press release on Tuesday, July 28, 2026.

In addition to being a coordination forum, Rakornisku is also utilized to align perceptions regarding state financial management regulations. This activity also serves as a means of socializing the results of the Financial Audit Agency (BPK) of the Republic of Indonesia on the Financial Report of the Ministry of Defense/TNI for the 2025 Fiscal Year as evaluation material for treasury officials.

During the implementation of Rakornisku, the participants received material from both internal and external speakers. The topics discussed included treasury claims and compensation claims (TP/TGR), taxation, management of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP), the Semester I financial report, and the management of State-Owned Goods (BMN).

Through the meeting, the Indonesian Air Force hopes that the quality of financial governance becomes increasingly accountable, transparent, and professional, thereby supporting the effectiveness of task execution and better management of the state budget within the Indonesian Air Force.
