RRI.CO.ID, Yogyakarta - Eight units of the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) in the Yogyakarta region collaborated to provide health services and social assistance to the people of Bantul Regency in commemoration of the 79th TNI AU Service Day. The activities were centered at the Ngoto Monument, Bangunharjo, Kapanewon Sewon, Bantul, on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

The community took advantage of various services provided, ranging from mass medical treatment, health education, distribution of basic food packages, to the distribution of plant seedlings. These activities aim to improve the public's health while also promoting environmental awareness.

In a press release received by RRI VOI, Wednesday, July 15, 2026. The Head of RSPAU dr. S. Hardjolukito, First Marshal TNI dr. Margono G. S., expressed appreciation to the Bantul Regency Government, the village government, the elements of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), and all parties who have supported the implementation of the social service.

"Service to the community is part of the values that the Indonesian Air Force continues to uphold thru various humanitarian programs, including the series of events commemorating the 79th TNI AU Day," he said.

He also hopes that the synergy between the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) and the local government can continue to be strengthened to create a healthy, prosperous, and resilient society thru various activities that provide direct benefits to the community.

The activities involved eight TNI AU units in the Yogyakarta region, namely the Air Force Academy (AAU), Adisutjipto Air Force Base, RSPAU dr. S. Hardjolukito, the TNI AU Dirgantara Mandala Museum, Wingdik 100/Terbang, Skatek 043, Satrad 404 Congot, and Yon Arhanud 21/Pasgat.

Thru this social service activity, the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) reaffirms its commitment to remain present in the community thru health services and social assistance as a form of dedication to the nation and the state.
