RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - Minister of Creative Economy/Head of the Creative Economy Agency, Teuku Riefky Harsya, inaugurated the new Middle and First Rank Executives in Jakarta, on Monday, April 6th 2026. It aims at strengthening the organization's adaptability and productive creative economy performance.

He also affimed the importance of integrity, leadership, and loyalty in carrying out the mandate of his office. The Minister gave specific instructions to the newly appointed officials to be proactive, think outside the box, and focus on programs to be implemented to bolster the creative economy ecosystem and the future of the younger generation.

In his remarks, the Minister further emphasized that the inauguration process was not merely a ceremony, but part of a broader strategy to foster institutions that is objective, measurable, and competency-based.

Furthermore, Riefky Harsya, stated that the positions held by these officials play a strategic role in enhancing the ecosystem, which significantly contributes to the advancement of 17 sub-sectors of the creative economy.

According to a release received by RRI Voice of Indonesia on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, Ministry of Creative Economy consistently maps the potential of existing human resources to accelerate future performance in meeting the strategic goals and targets mandated by the President for the ministry.

Each position placement has undergone careful consideration, with the clear goal that the right position will yield the best performance. Minister Harsya added that all levels must care about their beloved institution and share responsibility for the Ministry of Creative Economy's progress and reputation.

They must also be sensitive to relevant issues and be at the forefront of conveying good news to the creative economy ecosystem. In truth, they are a reflection of the ministry.
