Ethiopian Envoy Praises Prabowo's State Address

RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta – Ethiopian Ambassador Fekadu Beyene Aleka, spoke after the Annual Session of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) on Friday, August 14, 2026. He stated the President's address points Indonesia in the right direction globally.

"The state address of President Prabowo Subianto is visionary, forward-looking, and moves Indonesia to the right direction in collaboration with the global world," he stated.

The diplomat then discussed the historic bilateral ties between both nations. He noted the strong economic and educational partnerships currently active today.

“Since then, we have a very good relationship in economic diplomacy. Indonesian companies are operating in Ethiopia, and we have a very good business relation,” he added.

"Ethiopian students are also studying in some Indonesian universities,” Fekadu said. He emphasized the need to build upon these strong bilateral foundations.
