Air Force Personnel Lead the Indonesian Women's Hockey National Team to Victory

RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - Indonesian Air Force soldier, Second Sergeant Erika Engelika Kbarek, helped lead the Indonesian Women's National Hockey Team to victory in the Northern Territory Australia Cup held in Australia from June 22–29, 2026.
Northern Territory Australia Cup is an annual international field hockey tournament organized by Hockey NT in Darwin, Northern Territory. This competition brings together selected national teams and regional clubs to compete at the MWT Hockey Center.
The championship title was secured after the Indonesian Women's Hockey National Team defeated the SRA Territory Stingers with a score of 4-2 in the final match. This victory serves as an important asset for the team in preparing for the Nagoya 2026 Asian Games.
Erika, who is stationed at Educational Squadron 504 Wingdik 500, became one of the players who strengthened the Indonesian squad throughout the tournament. Her success in leading the team to victory has become a source of pride for the Indonesian Air Force and demonstrates the ability of the Indonesian Air Force soldiers to excel on the international stage.
