Jordanian Military Shows Interest in Indonesian-Made Tactical Gear

RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - Locally produced tactical equipment from PT Molay Satrya Indonesia has drawn the attention of the Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF). As a follow-up, a JAF delegation visited Indonesia to observe Molay’s production capabilities and inspect various Indonesian-made tactical items firsthand.
From September 17–20, 2026, the JAF delegation toured Molay’s production facilities. The visit also showcased the capabilities of Indonesia’s tactical equipment industry while exploring potential international market opportunities.

One of the products introduced was Molay’s flagship tactical boots. Molay also presented Battle Dress Uniforms (BDUs) and a range of other tactical gear developed to meet operational requirements.
“Following the visit, the JAF expressed interest and gave a positive response,” said President Director of PT Molay Satrya Indonesia, Arie Setya Yudha, after receiving the delegation at Molay’s office in Jakarta on Saturday, September 19.
He added that the JAF delegation is currently requesting samples of several products. “They requested samples of Molay’s flagship items, including boots, camouflage fabric, hats, and battle guards. We hope this request will lead to a formal cooperation agreement between the two countries,” Arie said.
On the same occasion, JAF Brig. Gen. Mohammad Almahaireh also conveyed a positive response following his visit to Indonesia. He praised Molay’s ability to design products tailored to troops' needs and battlefield conditions, in line with his country’s specifications.
“We are pleased to learn that Molay has grown rapidly and is capable of developing products to meet specific needs. With this progress, opportunities for cooperation will certainly open up,” he said. (Gusti Panji)
