RRI.CO.ID, Tangerang — Danantara Indonesia officially launched the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 at NICE PIK 2, Tangerang, Banten, on Thursday, August 27, 2026. This major exhibition reflects a strong commitment from the state-owned enterprise (SOE) ecosystem to support the government's ambitious Three Million Homes Program by providing accessible housing and financial solutions.
Running until August 30, 2026, the event features over 360,000 property units presented by more than 130 public and private developers. The integrated platform aims to streamline homeownership for the public, particularly for middle- and lower-income families seeking affordable housing.
Top government officials and industry leaders attended the opening ceremony to highlight the collaborative initiative across the housing sector. The event offers comprehensive services under one roof, including construction technology, mortgage protection, and property sales.
"Danantara Housing Expo 2026 reflects the tangible commitment of Danantara Indonesia and the entire SOE ecosystem in supporting the Government's Three Million Homes Program. Through Danantara Housing Expo, we aim to deliver three key elements at once: quality housing supply at affordable prices, competitive and accessible financing schemes, and easier access for the public, particularly middle- and lower-income segments, to realize their dream of homeownership," Chief Executive Officer of Danantara Indonesia Rosan Roeslani said.
The exhibition features various residential options, ranging from subsidized family homes to modern apartments and eco-friendly structures. Financial institutions are also offering competitive schemes, such as low down payments and extended mortgage terms, to facilitate immediate on-site applications.
"We see Danantara Housing Expo not only as a venue for offering homes, but also as a platform that brings together homebuyers, developers, banks, and various industry players within a single housing ecosystem. Through a wide range of housing options and financing alternatives, we hope people can more easily achieve homeownership according to their needs and financial capabilities," Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas Maruarar Sirait stated.
The four-day event also features a mass mortgage signing for prospective buyers alongside showcase displays of green building technologies. This integrated approach ensures that Indonesia continues to build sustainable urban communities for its growing population.
