KBRN, Jakarta: The Indonesian Ministry of Creative Economy and Zarfix, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based platform, support digital technology adoption to accelerate small and medium enterprise (SME) transformation while strengthening the national creative economy ecosystem.

Deputy Minister of Creative Economy, Irene Umar, said that innovations such as Zarfix can serve as accelerators, allowing business actors to access smart technology in an easier, affordable, and more inclusive approach. “This collaboration is vital to boost the new engine of growth towards the Golden Indonesia 2045,” she said in Jakarta on Monday, September 8, 2025, as quoted by ekraf.go.id.

Zarfix offers end-to-end AI solutions for SMEs, such as content creation, marketplace transactions, and trend analysis. With a simple and affordable approach, this platform is intended for SMEs constrained by promotion costs, limited digital capacity, and limited market access.

Neil Hilman, Deputy for Digital Economy and Creative Products at the Ministry, added that technology development must first address real SME needs, such as expanding markets and increasing transactions. “Once these basic needs are resolved, technology utilization can be expanded to other creative economy sub-sectors, even Web3-based innovations,” he explained.
