Dirilis pada tahun 1997 sebagai lagu tema utama film Titanic, balada romantis ini menggambarkan cinta sejati yang abadi dan melampaui batas ruang, waktu, maupun kematian.

Lirik lagu ini ditulis dari sudut pandang Rose Dewitt Bukater (karakter utama Titanic) setelah kematian kekasihnya, Jack Dawson.
